Smallest LED TV Launched In India By AKAI


Consumer electronics maker Akai, from Japan, has launched 19” (48 Cm) HD LED Television. The launched LED is the smallest in India. It is prices at around Rs. 11,000. It is perfect for Indian living rooms. AKAI India Managing Director Pranay Dhabhai said that the LED operates on digital and analogue TV signals and can be easily connected to a PC with the VGA Port D-sub 15 Pin.

The LED provides value for money. It is equipped with latest features. It has an in-built SD card slot, which supports playing Movies, Pictures and Music in MP3, MP4 etc.



Across brands, LED TVs  are currently available to Indian consumers in sizes ranging from 22 inches to 55 inches priced between Rs 20,900 and Rs 400,000.

With the latest offer, Akai is likely to present tough competition to well known brands like LG, Samsung, Sony, and Panasonic.

"Sky rocketing real estate prices have shrunk the living space. We identified a consumer's need for small and compact TV with high-definition viewing experience, superior picture quality, ultra slimness and more eco-friendly energy consumption," Akai India managing director Pranay Dhabai said.
